What are your delivery times?

Standard metro: Approx 3-6 business days.
Regional: Approx 4-10 business day

How much will shipping cost me?

$8 Australia-wide for all small items

$20 Australia-wide for all Joyrolla carts (these are large items)

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently only ship within Australia. 

However, If you are outside of Australia, we are more than happy to give you a quote for shipping costs.

Do you offer returns + Exchanges?

If your product is faulty, or we sent you the incorrect order by mistake, please send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

If you simply change your mind and wish to return the product(s) the item will need to be returned to us in its original (new) condition, with the Joyrolla packaging intact. 
NOTE
: The return shipping isn't covered and refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment

Do you offer a Warranty?

Yes, we do. We are big on quality control, but sometimes things are out of our control and slip through the cracks.

• If your product is faulty, please send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Funds will be refunded once the faulty product has been returned. Email: info@joyrolla.com with your order number and fault.

• Our products are covered by a 24-month warranty from the day they were purchased, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. If an item is faulty we will replace either the product or a specific product part, free of charge.

• The Warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if the damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.
