Express Australia: 1-4 business days.

Standard Post: $8 Australia-wide for all small items

Express Shipping: $15 Australia-wide Express

Joyrolla Carts: $20 Australia-wide for all (these are large items)

Yes, we can ship to New Zealand for a flat rate of $25.
(The Joyrolla Trolley is not included.)

If you are outside of Australia or New Zealand, we are more than happy to give you a quote for shipping costs.

If your product is faulty, or we sent you the incorrect order by mistake, please send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

If you simply change your mind and wish to return the product(s) the item will need to be returned to us in its original (new) condition, with the Joyrolla packaging intact. 
NOTE: The return shipping isn't covered and refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment
