However, If you are outside of Australia, we are more than happy to give you a quote for shipping costs.

If your product is faulty, or we sent you the incorrect order by mistake, please send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

If you simply change your mind and wish to return the product(s) the item will need to be returned to us in its original (new) condition, with the Joyrolla packaging intact. 
NOTE: The return shipping isn't covered and refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment

Yes, we do. We are big on quality control, but sometimes things are out of our control and slip through the cracks.

• If your product is faulty, please send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Funds will be refunded once the faulty product has been returned. Email: info@joyrolla.com with your order number and fault.

• Our products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the day they were purchased, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. If an item is faulty we will replace either the product or a specific product part, free of charge.

• The Warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if the damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.

SecondBite is one of Australia’s largest food rescue organisations, who work with food growers, manufacturers and retailers to rescue surplus and unsold edible food that would otherwise be wasted in landfill, and distribute it to local charities and non-profits around Australia

We use a variety of materials, though wherever possible we always choose recycled and alternative fabrics that have a much smaller environmental impact than traditional virgin fabrics. We currently have some items on our site that are not made from recycled materials, though we are committed to making all of our future products as environmentally friendly as possible.

Easy Assembly, Built to Last: The Joyrolla cart arrives flat-packed for safe shipping but is designed to stay assembled for everyday use. While technically foldable for long-term storage, most customers find it more convenient to keep it set up to grab and go. Simply attach the base screws (easy peasy!), and your cart is ready to roll.

Folding vs. Storage: Honestly, folding doesn't save a ton of space, and many folks repurpose the assembled cart for storing odds and ends when not in use. So, unless you have very limited storage, keeping it assembled might be the way to go!

Our Prints are made to age like your favourite vintage T-shirt.

Wash regularly: They like a hand wash in warm water, then line dry in the sunshine.

How to fold / roll: Fold the left side in, and the right side in, then fold in half and roll. Store the bags in the pouch for a longer life (each pouch can fit 2 x Shoppers comfortably).

• Take the bag off and hand wash it in warm water regularly. Line Dry.
• Don't stand on the cart or overload with excess weight. It's strong, but it won't take an adult's weight!
