RETURNS: If your product is faulty, or we sent you the incorrect order by mistake, please send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
If you simply change your mind and wish to return the product(s) the item will need to be returned to us in its original (new) condition, with the Joyrolla packaging intact.
NOTE: The return shipping isn't covered and refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment
Our products are covered by a 24-month warranty from the day they were purchased, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. If an item is faulty we will replace either the product or a specific product part, free of charge.
